It was great to see all of you at our festivities on Thursday. I know the children enjoy seeing their parents at school. I hope all of you had a great 3 day weekend.

Thanks to everyone who supported the Scholastic Book Fair. Our class had the most sales, which earned us 15 new books that I chose from the book fair! I got many different books, and the children are enjoying them. Thanks to everyone who donated books to the class.

It was nice to visit with all of you during conferences last week. Please feel free to contact me at anytime with questions or concerns regarding your child's education. Also, I now have a new phone in my room, so I can receive calls. Please ask for room 180, the office staff is still used to me being in my old classroom. If I don't answer, I am busy teaching. It is best to call before or after school, or during my plan time which is 2:45-3:35.

We have several activities coming up in the next few months. Next week, the museum is visiting us with a great astronomy activity. If your child has not returned their permission slip or $3.00 fee, it MUST be returned by tomorrow. I am sending them home with another permission slip.
